Why are you doing this?

We appreciate and are grateful, and would like to honor you for taking this important step - To adopt this LIFE-CHANGING practice of Meditation! Your intention and energy has the potential to change the world! To raise the vibrations! To elevate the energy of love, joy, peace, abundance, and happiness! This is something which only you can do (no one else can do this important work on your behalf!).

But starting and sticking to a habit like Meditation can be difficult and painful! That is the reason why it is important to know 'Your WHY?'


Why do you want to do Meditation? .

What's YOUR reason? Do you need to discover better ways to calm down? Do you just want a bit more silence and peace in your days? Do you want to be more present with your family? Do you want to be less reactive? Do you need help working with a difficult situation or painful emotions? Do you just need some space?

There are many things that brought you here today, and there might be a lot of personal reasons. Reasons unique to you!

Knowing your WHY, knowing why this is important to you, is HUGE. It's what will help you stick to the practice on those days when “you don’t feel like!"

So spend some time today thinking about your why. Find a comfortable place to sit down, get rid of distractions for just a few minutes, and close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Ask yourself WHY. Why do I want to do Meditation? 

Once you know your why, WRITE IT DOWN. There's just something about the physical act of writing, and committing our words to paper, that makes them take on deeper resonance and significance. You could even post this near your desk or your nightstand or somewhere where it will remind you of your intentions!

Invite someone to Meditate with you!

Meditation has seen profound and powerful effects when performed in a group! You don’t even have to sit together to meditate together. It has seen a cascading effect of powerful ripples when performed in groups - big or small!

If you are on this new path of life transformation, we encourage you to tag along with your loved ones! Invite them to this beautiful practice and transform each other’s lives. Imagine you and your partner both transforming and shifting to a new reality of increased spirituality and love. Imagine the transformation in your personal relationship with each other!
